Kinsman & Associates is well-practiced at providing complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design services, including the provision of thorough specifications to meet client needs. Primarily, Kinsman & Associates has performed designs that focus on a building’s heating, cooling and lighting needs by selecting properly sized equipment, mapping out ductwork, specifying the means for electrical service, designing fixture placement for desirable lighting distribution, and implementing cost-cutting energy management systems. Our project history is replete with a multiplicity of project designs, particularly under our most recent contract with the state of Texas Health and Human Services Commission (formerly MHMR)

Kinsman & Associates is also committed toward the pursuit of green technologies where feasibility permits. Our experience with the State Energy Conservation Office of Texas reinforces this as we have reviewed and monitored designs across Texas, all of which were implemented with the ultimate purpose of reducing energy consumption and preserving our natural energy sources.
