Technical Consulting

Many facilities desire the assurance that a proposed project will perform as hypothesized by its designers. In these cases, the facility often seeks the technical expertise of a third-party consulting engineering firm. This includes consultation with facility management and maintenance staff concerning financial/energy efficiency issues, independent evaluation of competitive proposals, and other problem resolution requirements. Kinsman & Associates is often sought after to fill this capacity. We have a long-standing professional relationship with the State Energy Conservation Office, providing third-party reviews of energy-saving performance contracts. We served in a similar capacity most recently with the Cities of Fort Worth and Carrollton.
