MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Clark founded CRC Engineering, Inc. in 1983 and served as its president until the summer of 2009. At that point he accepted the position of vice president of engineering for Kinsman & Associates. As the president of CRC Engineering, he managed people and finances of a successful professional engineering firm located in McAllen, Texas. His reputation as an ethical, honest, and motivating leader was known by both his employees and the clients that he served.

ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Clark has many years of experience in MEP design, power plant design, manufacturing, and gas transmission work. He has evidenced a strong mechanical aptitude and an exceptional knowledge of electrical systems. His engineering career includes energy analysis and life cycle costing, forensic engineering, and expert witness testimonials. He has been engineer-on-record for such projects as HVAC design for public schools located in hot humid environments, HVAC system that satisfies the exhaust demands of kitchen hoods in restaurants, renovation of a historic building, turbine blade restoration plant, performing arts building, and remodeling of medical and health care facilities. Additionally he has served as the construction manager of a manufacturing plant, engineer-on-call for fire sprinkler systems in military aircraft hangers, engineer-on-record/contractor for design and installation of equipment to upgrade incoming electrical power to B1-B simulator buildings at four U.S. Air Force bases, on-site engineer for construction of 150 MW power plant, and electrical design of wastewater treatment plant restoration.
