ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Aguilar has provided analyses, design, and
construction monitoring in the commercial and institutional
energy conservation market since 1993. Prior to this,
he held positions at Rockwell International, Quality Metal
Finishing, Westwood Lighting, Buffalo China, and Smith
Alarm Systems. Presently, Mr. Aguilar is responsible for
numerous services such as the development of engineering
specifications for lighting upgrades, energy management
control systems, and HVAC equipment installation. He also
provides project and program evaluations involving technical
compliance, program efficiency, verification of deliverables,
and facility commissioning and lighting system renovations
to obtain optimum energy efficiency with optimum lighting
conditions. Other work includes project management of
five SAVEnergy audits and performance of several measurement
and verification analyses on performance contracts following
NEMVP protocols.
